Reality: It is wider than a typical single stroller, that is for sure, but not compared with other double strollers. I worried it would steer poorly or didn’t navigate through real life (grocery store, shopping aisles, small doorways). Perception: At first sight, I was worried the Britax B Ready travel system would be too huge for regular use, let alone lugging it across the country. Here’s our full stroller review of the Britax’s B Agile Double, their side-by-side double stroller which is designed to fit through standard doorways, but still felt too big when the older child hardly used her seat compared to the Britax Be Ready. The side-by-side double stroller has a much bigger footprint and sometimes my older child wouldn’t even sit in it. While on vacation in Florida this summer, the Britax B Ready stroller second seat attachment was a life saver as it allowed us to stay out late while both kids slept comfortably in the stroller. Reality:Turns out, my daughter loves her little cocoon! She jumps in and out at will, feeling like she’s in her own little space. A few friends have also assumed she’d hate it because she can’t see forward or that she was incredibly comfortable because her feet were in the storage basket.
